THE TOTAL PRICE to be paid works by TYPE OF ROOM (single, double, triple, quadruple). CHILDREN PAY LIKE ADULTS. Choose the ideal room for you according to HOW MANY BEDS are necessary for you considering however that only a maximum of 1 child of maximum 3 years who SLEEP on the same bed WITH THE TWO PARENTS is free and included in the price that will appear.
For everyone else, be careful to choose a room with multiple beds as that will be the price you will pay at the hotel.

By filling in the booking form you will be asked for VALID DETAILS OF A VISA or MASTERCARD or POSTEPAY CREDIT CARD (16 digits and expiry date) in order to allow us to proceed with a pre-authorization / debit. The pre-authorization / debit clearly requires that there is an available balance on the card at least equal to the sum to be pre-authorized or blocked remotely. The pre-authorization operation can be fully canceled upon your arrival at the hotel where you can therefore proceed to the payment in the preferred manner, also in cash. The debit operation cannot be canceled.
BOOKING BY TELEPHONE or VIA MAIL (with deposit)
Booking by contacting us by email: in order to book the room we will require a deposit as a deposit. The deposit is confirmatory and non-refundable. In case of cancellation there is no return. However, our hotel offers the possibility to take advantage of the deposit credit as a discount on a stay by the end of the summer season. We point out that you can no longer recover the deposit in subsequent years. The deposit offers the customer the certainty of finding their room in a period of great demand. In addition, the price is thus blocked that with the approach of the date could rise significantly.

Description of payment : NAME HOTEL + YOUR NAME + TERMS OF STAY
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation without being charged any penalty until midnight on the fifth day prior to the day of arrival at the hotel. After this deadline, cancellations will incur a charge equal to the total cost expected for the first day. The same penalty is also due in case of cancellation of reservations made in the 4 days prior to the expected arrival and / or in case of no-show of the customer (NO-SHOW).
The price is per room and the treatment is valid for all those people this offer includes.
Beverages by meals are included only for a minimum 4 nights stay (water, quarter of wine, beer, or small drink per person per meal). DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN AUGUST.
Access to the private beach (from May to early September) and usage of air conditioning (from May to early September) are included in the price.
City tax ( not included ) will be to be payd in cash upon arrival (€ 1,30 per person and per day from 10 years old and with a max of 10 nights).
POSSIBILITY OF DINNER FOR WHOM HAS BOOKED B&B SERVICE : Adjointed to our structure, you will find a great and economic restaurant-pizzeria looking at the pedestrian precinct (the most popular in the area). You could choose something from our menu!
CHECK-IN from 2 pm - CHECK- OUT till 10 am We would kindly ask to our Guests to arrive to the hotel after 10:00-11:00. We shall give you the room keys as soon as the room is ready, yet it should be considered that the previous Guests would leave it between 10:00-11:00. Afterwards, the maid service take care of cleaning the room carefully. Some rooms may not be ready before 14:00, which is our official check-in time. Feel free to arrive in the morning and put on your best bathing suits and enjoy the sun and the seaside!
PARKING : The parking place adjoining the structure is not bookable and the availability should be checked at the moment of the arrival, and it costs € 10,00 per day. Anyway, there are other parking options available close by for free. Anyway this service might be included and free in may, june and september (untill availability).
EQUIPPED BEACH: Booking on this web site it's included in the prices and it can be used for a number of days equal to the number of nights booked. It is composed of an umbrella and two beds per room. We ask you to leave the workstations free during non-use hours, avoiding leaving toys or towels to protect the work station.
LATE CHECK-OUT (subject to availability) :On the day of your departure, take it easy! By paying an additional 30% to the cost of your room, you can keep the room until 15:00 (instead of 10:00). The extra amounts to 50% of the price of the room in case you wish to stay until evening (19:00). You can depart with all calm after a nap or a shower, just ask us!

Breakfast is served from 7:30 until 9:30.
Lunch is from 12:30 to 13:30.
Dinner is from 19:00 to 20:00.
There is a night porter service for the night return.
REFRIGERATOR: the rooms are not equipped with fridge or mini bar. At the reception, however, a large fridge is available for common use.
PETS are welcomed! We only require a little extra of € 5,00 per day (€10,00 if medium-large). If you wish to bring them along, make sure you have booked a room with balcony. We would kindly ask you not to leave them unsupervised in the rooms. However, as bidden by the Harbour Office of Venice, pets are not allowed in the beach, or they are however subject to strict regulations. It would be best to be previously informed, so here is a useful link: http://www.comune.jesolo.ve.it/accesso-spiagge-animali At the mouth of the river Sile there is one of the free beaches where they are allowed and is about a kilometer from our hotel.
BICYCLES: at the reception there is a bicycle rental service. The cost is € 2.00 per hour per bike.
PAYMENTS: due to many unpaid bills, payment (or guarantee with preauthorization on credit card) will be resolutely requested at check-in. We accept payments with VISA / MASTERCARD credit cards, cash (within the limits of the law). We do not accept payments by check.
HOW TO REACH US BY TRAIN OR BUS
To get to our hotel by TRAIN, you should stop at Mestre FFSS train station (35 km away) or at San Donà di Piave-Jesolo train station (22 km). You should then take a BUS to Lido di Jesolo bus station, and from there you have bus n. 3: our stop in stop 35 near Piazza Nember, WEST side of the littoral. The leg takes only 10 minutes!

HOW TO REACH VENICE : Just outside the hotel you can buy a ticket (bus + boat / round trip at about € 20.50 per person) and take a bus that in about 20 minutes reaches PUNTA SABBIONI where (from 6:00 in the morning to about 12 in the night / every 30 minutes) it is possible to take a motorboat to get to Venice (from there in about 40 minutes) through the lagoon.
